Thankful to be Me

I was with my son and daughter-in-law this last weekend—the best. My new grandbaby was soft and sweet. Holding him was so precious. I’m thankful for these moments.

Each day is a small packet. Similar to those spaces above your airplane seat, you can only pack in so much. Do the most critical first. Leave what doesn’t fit or isn’t for today.

There were many years when I wanted to splurge on a luxurious hotel, and I longed to share my days with a loving partner. It’s easy to give up. I had.

My life is expanding, and I am blessed. Good things can happen.
