The Petition is a tool for clearing imbalances and old contracts according to the author. If you have a serious illness, you may have tried medication after medication, and therapies not always intended for the condition you have.

Let’s get simple. Bodies and minds are influenced by our thoughts, moods. If you’re not convinced, think of a time when a lousy day became brilliant because of a new thought. You remembered it was Friday or you learned a friend was coming to visit. Moods change. A smile emerges on your face. Life is beautiful. There are many tools and resources, but not all is relevant for the moment.

Remember the core of this teaching is to allow Divinity (Source, Spirit, Universe, God, The Oneness, etc) to discern what are the “bits of information” that are contributing to the illness or imbalance. You don’t have to identify them!

I petition my Divinity (Source, Spirit, Universe, God, The Oneness, etc) with all my heart and humbly to please transmute easily and effortlessly any and all programs, memories, thoughts, and imprints that I am holding onto that are showing up as this illness (insert the specific illness/imbalance) into the light!
