A daily thing

Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

There’s a simple daily practice I like, praying for another’s health, safety, and blessings. And I do this intending to give to someone I don’t usually favor. I don’t always hate the person; I merely wish to experience giving loving kindness to someone who isn’t in my circle.

In this way, May you be blessed, may you be well, may you be happy today, etc. Praying brings my attention off my worries so I can see the world in a more genuine light.
